Pe langa premierele Lancia anuntate pentru Salonul Auto de la Geneva 2011 (noul Ypsilon, viitoare "Thema" pe baza de 300C) iata ca apar si primele vesti despre Alfa Romeo. Din pacate nu prea bune si deloc menite sa inspire incredere in declaratiile lui Marchionne privitoare la investitiile in viitorul marcii:

In March, Alfa’s stand will shrink to 639 square meters from this year’s 979 square meters, which was the second-largest display space among Fiat Group’s portfolio after the Fiat brand.
In 2011, Alfa, which has been bleeding money for more than a decade, will have less space to show off its models than the Fiat, Lancia-Chrysler, Jeep, Ferrari and Maserati brands.
To add insult to injury, Ferrari and Maserati will grab Alfa's traditional space in Hall 3, literally pushing Alfa behind the corner in Hall 4. Ironically, Alfa will get Porsche’s longtime spot because it will relocate closer to controlling shareholder Volkswagen, which also has a sharp eye on the Italian automaker.
When asked about Alfa’s display-area downsizing, a Fiat spokesman said Alfa will get less space because it does not have anything new to show in 2011. The spokesman promised that Alfa’s stand will be larger in 2012.
Larger than what, the Abarth sub-brand or Dodge, both of which are minor players in Europe?
The more intriguing question is: How long it will take for VW Chairman Ferdinand Piech to capture his prey and move Alfa upstairs to Hall 1?

Stau si ma intreb, ce-o fi avand intr-adevar in cap Marchione (in afara de tarata)?
Din vorbe pare ca vrea sa ii creasca volumele de vanzari, sa o reabiliteze, daca putem spune asa. Din fapte parca vrea sa o faca sa dispara: si ca brand si ca identitate. Din zvonuri vrea sa o vanda la VW.

La Geneva se pare ca va fi si Lancia 300C, un Chrysler rebotezat, cu 3.6 pentastar de 300cp si un 3.0D de la VM Motori 240cp.

in afara de Delta si Ypsilon (care cred ca e construita pe o platforma fiat) care arata destul de bine, desi partea frontala parca aduce prea mult a crysler, restul sunt urate cu draci. niste rebranduiri de 2 lei. nici macar platforma comuna , cu schimbarea panourilor de caroserie, ci direct scos emblema, bagat alta. penibil

da, insa jaguar chiar avea nevoie de o rupere de la traditional in cazul Xj-ului. noul XJ arata interesant, insa sunt anumite parti ale masinii care nu imi plac in mod deosebit: partea din spate.

@kali: ma refeream la modelul deja lansat al gamei XJ. asta din poze arata foarte bine. este o reinterpretara a clasicului XJ, care mie oricum imi place foarte mult

Pana la S type (inclusiv as spune eu) cam orice Jag arata fenomenal. XJ-ul asta nou e ok cel mult. Poate chiar banal.

O varianta interesanta: Fiat 500 Coupe Zagato, o versiune inedita de caroserie care transforma clasicul 500 intr-un 2+2 locuri. :)

Ce chestie. Are bara fata si spate de pe versiunea americana a lui 500. Arata simpatic buburuza si cred ca ar fi o baza buna pentru o versiune Abarth.
