 Post subject: fluctuatii in relanti

incepe sa ma streseze faza asta.de multe ori cand "cade " in relanti parca da sa moara motoru si nu prea imi dau seama de ce.Acum ceva vreme la Autoitalia mi-au spus sa fac o chestie la strung cu o gaura de 1-2 mm pt a avea flux continuu de aer si sa o bag intr-un furtun de aer(e unu pe acolo nu stiu sa dau exact delalii tehnice :( ) A mai patit cineva ceva de genu asta?scuze ca m-am folosit de poza alfetei 147 :) ,dar am insemnat furtunu unde m-au sfatuit cei de la AI sa fac diuza proprizisa ,la strung :(

hai sa-ti zic din experienta mea.
eu am de vreo 2 sapt o alfa 156 care are cam aceleasi simptome.
stiu ca nu sunt relevante cele 2 sapt, dar sunt 2 sapt in care am incercat sa rezolv numai problema asta.
crede-ma!
si toata lumea parca e nebuna. toti imi zic, cum aud de alfa, sa schimb distributia, dar nimeni nu ma ajuta cu turatia asta... parca-s nebuni cu totii.
am ajuns sa intru si sa zic: "buna ziua, am si eu o alfa, ii schimb distributia si as vrea sa rezolv cu turatia care variaza..." si parca nu ma mai aud dupa cuvantul distributie...


pana acum n-am rezolvat-o dar am cateva posibile piste (daca mai astepti pana sapt viitoare sper sa rezolv) :

1. motorasul pas cu pas - care e ala care ia comanda de la acceleratia ta si face amestecul sau ce-o face el acolo. nici eu nu sunt vre-un pui de mecanic, dar incerc sa-ti zic ce-am inteles eu: alfa nu are acceleratia pe cablu, ci e totul electronic, deci tu cand apesi pedala e ca si cum ai invarti de rotita de volum de la casetofon, si practic comanzi acest motoras "pas cu pas" care face el treaba... si din cate am inteles asta se mai umple de jeg, se mai strica, etc... si da aceste variatii.

2. sonda lambda - care analizeaza gazele de esapament si comanda ea nu stiu ce reglaje, amestecuri, etc... si care daca e dusa e posibil sa comande gaz mai mult sau mai putin si tot asa... asta cu sonda lambda am inteles ca se traduce si in consum mai mare si in "miros specific" (n-am intrebat "specific cui? " , am dat din cap ca prostu' :) , da' banuiesc ca miros de benzina nearsa sau ceva de genu' asta... )

sper sa elimin eu posibilitatile, sa le rezolv cat de curand si sa vin sa-ti spun: aia e problema si te costa cam atat si se rezolva acolo...
si daca stiai ce-am zis io sau chiar te pricepi la mecanica si am vorbit prosti, iarta-ma dar am incercat sa explic pe limba mea...

bafta!
daca rezolvi tu primul sa-mi zici si mie.

Selespeed are drive by wire, cred ca toate modelele au.
Daca nu are, atunci e posibil sa fie de la clapeta de acceleratie, trebuie curatata. Se stringe mizerie acolo si nu se mai inchide complet uneori, deci turatie mai mare la relanti.
Sonda lamda nu cred sa fie, dar e si asta o posibilitate.

Am mai postat asta, e in engleza, dar ai grija mai ales la Selespeed sa nu strici cutiuta in care e clapeta aia, ca te-ai ars de 1000 Euro.

If the Twin spark engine is NOT idling OK (at about 900 rpm), but
suddenly go to about 1500rpm then down to about 500rpm then jump
between these values a couple of times then back to 900rpm.
The engine might even stall during this.

In most cases, there is an easy 10-minutes cure:

With a screwdriwer you loosen the spanner ring around the airintake-tube
at the point where it connects to the throttle-house.

Pull and bend the black intake-rubbertube a bit to the side and spray some
WD-40 onto the butterfly-valve. Let it work a minute or two, and then wipe
the inside of the throttle-house and the butterfly-valve with a clean cloth.

Oh - yes, you have to use one hand/finger doing the cleaning, and your
other hand/fingers pushing the top of the valve, so it opens and allows
you to clean up the inside. Would be nice with a third hand, though.

The reason for the erattic idle is, that over time the butterfly-valve picks
up dirt in the air-intake-tube. The dirt prevents the valve from completely
closing. The engine therefore gets confused thinking the valve is a bit
open (- thinks, that it is you putting your right foot to the pedal :) ).

You might have to reposition the idle engine to fix this completely after doing
the above. The way to do that is:
1. Insert key and turn to last position before start. Let it there for 90 seconds.
2. Then turn back off for 90 seconds (with key in).
3. Then start up the engine not using the throttle for a few seconds.

If this is not the cure, you can have a faulty idle speed motor and then
it has to be replaced.

Eu am avut o experienta asemanatoare si s.a rezolvat...era motasu pas cu pas (cum ii spuneti voi)...
este cel care misca clapa problema la mine era ca ramasese blocat si plus de asta cineva adica yo umblasem
la un surub care regleaza relantiul care vine reglat din fabrica si nici mecanicii
nu stiu sa.l regleza...asa ca nu ii mai dadeau de cap..pe mine toate afacerea ma costat in jur de 300€
De demontat ca sa o cureti este simplu are decat 4 suruburi dupa cum vedi...atasez poza

Plus de asta dupa cum vezi nu toate alfele sunt cu acceleratie electronica a mea cel putin nu
Bafta!!!

Am si eu aceeasi problema cu relanti-ul. Nu prea am chef sa merg la mecanic ca cine stie ce-mi zice sau ce-i face. Intrebarea este ...pot aparea alte probleme daca il las asa? ..ii face rau motorului?
