Salutare, detin o Alfa Romeo GT 1.9 JTDm 2004 si de aproximativ un an de zile ma confrunt cu o problema la geamul pasagerului.De-alungul timpului am fost nevoit sa demontez fata de usa pentru a curata/verifica mufele de la modulul geamului.De cele mai multe ori, dupa ce am facut operatiunea aceasta, geamul a devenit functional.De cateva zile insa, a revenit problema, am demontat fata de usa, am curatat conectorii modului, am schimbat si modulul, insa fara nici-un rezultat.Cand actionez geamul din buton, sau atunci cand inchid/deschid usa, se aude zgomotul releului din modul insa geamul nu functioneaza.
Pentru a vedea daca este functional, as dori sa alimentez actuatorul geamului cu tensine insa nu am nici-o schema electrica pentru aceasta iar pe internet inca nu am gasit una.
Banuiesc a fi chiar motorasul, insa el nu este mort definitiv, astazi de exemplu pozitia geamului era mai ridicata cu 1 cm fata de cum se blocase initial. Citind printre thread-uri am vazut ca se recomanda procedura de proxy alignement insa nu am avut timp sa ajung la service, folosesc o interfata VAG KKL dar nu suporta aceasta functie.
Daca m-ati putea ajuta cu ceva scheme electrice ar fi extraordinar, eventual o procedura de verificare pe care s-o parcurg, din pacate nu am timp pentru a merge la un service. (emil.cristian91@gmail.com)

vezi ca ai un pin de masa care mereu e ,,prajit". lipeste un fir direct pe placa modulului apoi joncteaza firul pe firul aferent mufei. astfel scapi de varianta de a-ti mai face farse mufa.

vezi daca te ajuta cu ceva procedura asta:
Programme the end of travel for the window opening control unit following the instructions given below.

Get inside the vehicle and close the door.

Turn the ignition ON and, using the switch for the electric window involved, place the window in the 'fully lowered' position and keep the switch pressed for 10 seconds.

Still using the switch, place the window in the 'fully raised' position and keep the same switch pressed for 10 seconds.

The window offset for the up and down function is programmed in the control unit starting from the 'fully raised' position memorized previously.

The procedure described above for programming the electric window control unit end of travel, should be carried out each time the battery leads are disconnected.
