Salutare, de cateva saptamani a mea masina a inceput sa imi faca probleme, din senin in timpul mersului ramane fara putere fara sa se aprinda nimic in bord si fara sa dea vreo eroare pe tester. Pur si simplu nu vrea sa se tureze mai mult de 2200 ture desi turbina se aude ca intra, e ca si cum ar intra intr-un safe mode. Atasez si cateva loguri facute cu Fiat ecuscan pentru a putea primii indumarile necesare. Mentionez ca tipul de la care am luat masina mi-a spus ca are EGR si DPF off, varianta de motorizare este cea 1.9 8v 120 cp. Astept parerile voastre

pai suntem in Siberia de debitmetrul arata -40?verifica debitmetrul sa nu fie murdar sau dus.scoate mufa si da o tura sa vezi ce se intampla.

am scos si debitmetrul si nimic. nici o schimbare. masina nu face tot timpul asa, are momente si imediat ce opresc si pornesc motorul totul revine la normal

@cosmin: mai ai putina rabdare sa vada si altii postul, poate primesti ceva indrumari. Insa -40 chiar arata suspect.
Predecesorul posesor ti-a zis ca a anulat EGR si DPF, dar l-ai intrebat daca a facut si ajustarile necesare in soft?

Cel mai probabil atunci cand s-a facut dpfoff au fost anulate la pachet mult mai multe DTC-uri decat trebuia (de obicei cele legate de rail), aceasta fiind explicatia faptului ca nu ai nici o eroare stocata.

@cristianmiu: ce treaba are admisia? vorbim de un 8v...

Logul facul la ralanti este irelevant, incearca sa loghezi in sarcina (treapta a 3-a, pedala la fund incepand cu 1500rpm) urmatorii parametrii si posteaza rezultatul aici

- Rpm
- Total fuel quantity
- Desired fuel pressure
- Fuel pressure (Gauge)

salut! inca o chestie care am observat-o in seara asta, cand nu mai am putere la motor nu mai pot cupla nici cruise control si releul negru mare de langa mufa obd este foarte cald.

Parametrii sunt corecti la prima vedere, mai putin injectoarele 2 si 4 care sunt pe aratura rau.
Si nu inteleg faza cu EGR la 4%, stiu ca EGR-ul scos din soft indica 100% pe tester, evident aici ar fi necesara o parere avizata, nu a mea.
Aaa, si nu am vazut nici acum si nici in postarea initiala logo-urile pentru DPF, chiar daca e scos ar trebui sa avem o constanta macar, presiune -1, chestii de genul, pe mine ma depasesc resoftarile, tot un coleg in domeniu te lamureste.

intr-un log mai vechi la mine 1.9 jtd,16v:

Engine speed: 4063 rpm
Desired intake air quantity: 1200,0 mg/i
Intake air quantity: 1156,0 mg/I
Desired boost pressure: 1474 mBar
Boost pressure: 1927 mBar

cand ajungeam la aceasta presiune motorul intra in "limp mode",tin minte ca tzzivii spunea ca presiunea trebuie sa fie de 1,7+1bar (presiunea atmosferica).problema sa rezolvat prin schimbarea turbinei.

la tine se apropie:
Boost pressure: 1840 mBar
Desired boost pressure: 1803 mBar

nu sunt un specialist,doar imi dau cu parerea,poate asa invatam mai multe despre motoarele noastre.

S-ar putea sa se invarta pe langa ea mult si bine, cu DTC-urile anulate va fi foarte greu sa gaseasca problema.

Oricum, egr-ul este anulat, valoarea de 4% este corecta.

astazi am demontat si senzorul de pe admisie si corpul clapeta, ambele au fost foarte murdare si le-am curatat, am schimbat si filtrul de motorina, totul in zadar...

pana la bucuresti ai 140 km,vorbeste cu ILuzoriu sau tzzivii sa te programeze pentru o verificare.stiu cum este cu lipsa de putere,am stat foarte mult timp cu aceasta problema.

Ai rezolvat problema?Daca da cred ca au fost injectorele mai ales cel de pe cil 2.Ala era praf,nu ti-a spus mecanicul ?
