I'm a bit frustrated with the inability of the car to play mp3s the way I'd like, and I would like a better quality solution that those bluetooth adaptors that connect to the car's HU and stream music over USB or btooth.

I've been browsing and at so many places I've seen people fitting in a Nexus 7 tablet (7") into a double din fascia, replacing the factory stereo.

Do you know someone who has done it previously?

Pratim Mikijevu temu na ARCS-u, ali Miki nije toliko često online i rekao je da će videti sa nekim da napravi kalup za to, ali ima tome nekoliko meseci. Danas sam ga opet cimao

Maybe I'm getting old or something but I fail to see the appeal of having a tablet fitted to the dash. I'd just get a decent 2din unit with Bluetooth.

Well, I already have a quite big display (the model with the telephone), and I'm kinda used to the displays around me, not just the car, so with a 7" tablet I would have a proper navigation (no sticking GPS mounts to the windshield or other improvs like I do now) and have my music in a familiar interface, together with some other benefits, like audio scrobbling (hey, I'm a geek)
