Merci mult! Este mult de munca intradevar insa eu cred ca merita, am facut niste filmulete comparative (in care practic bat in tabla) si cel putin la plafon diferenta e imensa.

E ok ca e mai curat insa prefer cealalta munca, simti ca lucrezi la masina, si aici e relativ nasol ca tre sa iti bagi mainile prin niste locuri stramte (aripa spate daca te uiti am pus insonorizant pana in spre plafon) si se lasa cu zgarieturi si taieturi pe degete (de la aluminiul ala). Cel mai misto nu e cand vezi ala lipit ci cand bati in tabla aia unde ai lipit si auzi cum suna :lol: . Dupa ce termin cu insonorizantu asta o sa duc plafonul la imbracat si mocheta la spalatorie, intre timp o sa trag frumos firele si cand se intoarce plafonu de la imbracat ma apuc sa montez interiorul (exceptand scaunele, banchetele si fetele de usi care o sa se duca la MRCAP la curatat) si volanul si boardul care urmeaza sa fie imbracate in piele. Sper ca pe la jumatatea lui septembrie sa am montat tot interiorul si sa mai astept doar motorul.

Da pai a trebuit sa mai iau niste planse dalea, am citit pe net ca au 3kg/m2 asa ca na, am facut niste estimari si eu :P

Asta sunt cele de 2mm grosime, multi isi pun de 4mm si acolo se complica treaba, nu am vrut insa sa exageres. Ideea e ca stratul de insonorizant deala "turnat" in interiorul masinii, din fabrica era mult mai mare decat ce a iesit dupa vopsire si insonorizare (pentru ca e terosonata si pe interior, initial cu un strat destul de gros de ceva pensulabil scump iar apoi cu teroson normal, urmat de strat de vopsea), asa ca am decis sa pun si un strat de silentcoating ca sa nu am surprize. Atata timp cat masina era demontata am zis sa pun peste tot nu doar pe podea, probabil ca greutatea o sa fie tot pe acolo. Am mai adaugat oricum greutate punand discuri mai mari si eterieri mai mari, in jur de 3kg pe fiecare parte, insa oricum si masina va avea mai multa putere asa ca nu imi fac probleme, vreau in primul rand sa se simta mai inchegata. Acum mi-am adus aminte ca punand amortizoarele si arcurile pe masina am avut ocazia si sa le testez putin (clasica cu apasatu pe masina) si am impresia ca sunt cam dure (in sensul ca balansul se facea din cauciucuri mai mult) :lol: :lol: , vom vedea daca necesit abonament la dentist dupa ce pun toate piesele pe masina si dau o tura.

Merci merci! 33-ul din fabrica are 2 boxe in board, o sa imi pun probabil inca 2 in spate, sunt bune cand mergi pe autostrada. Nu imi fac griji ca nu se aude motorul, e relativ zgomotos boxerul cand il accelerezi :D

Ieri am strans echipa si am aspirat scaune, banchete, fete de usi care se umplusera de praf prin pod. Nu sunt extreme de multumit cum arata nici acum insa mai am putina rabdare sa termin masina si o sa le duc la MR CAP pentru un tratament calumea. Tot ieri am reusit sa pun si o parte din bandouri, masina incepe sa prinda linie.

Nu am mai scris de ceva vreme insa asta nu inseamna ca am stat :lol: Intre timp am pus o parte din interior, a fost ceva de munca cu pasla insonorizanta sa o pun cum era insa totul a iesit ok pana la urma, a fost ceva de munca sa pun si centurile de siguranta cum trebuie, si stalpii de pe interior insa cel mai greu a fost sa pun plafonul si sa il prind calumea sub chedere (plafonul pana la urma nu l-am mai imbracat acum in nimic pentru ca nu am bani sa o termin anu asta daca ma ocup de dastea).
Saptamana care vine voi lua blocul de la bucsat si arborele de la usurat ( si il duc la echilibrare dinamica), arborele din fericire este inca in cota 0. Am reusit sa pun zilele trecute si toate bandourile si masina incepe sa prinda o linie frumoasa. Saptamana viitoare vine si volanul de la imbracat in alcantara si voi reveni cu poze :oops: .
BONUS: Azi am "inchis" motoru de la 146-le lu taicamiu, ne facem incalzirea pentru a mea

Am muncit ENORM in ultimele saptamani la masina, astazi am terminat in sfarsit sa montez interiorul, dupa aproximativ 5 zile de munca (cu tot cu spalat si curatat piese). Nu cred ca m-a mai enervat niciodata masina atat de tare ca la montatul interiorului, cred ca in fabricile Alfa Romeo lucrau copii cu picioarele amputate care erau special angajati pentru a monta interioare de 33, pozitiile sunt demne de kama sutra. S-au mai intamplat cateva lucruri pe la masina insa nu voi mai posta poze cu masina pana cand nu e gata, voi posta insa cu diferite piese care au suferit modificar iar astazi este ziua arborelui cotit care a fost la usurat si maine urmeaza sa fie dus la echilibrare dinamica.

Sfarsit de noiembrie sper, in varianta beta evident (fara evacuare /admisie si soft calumea), restul urmeaza la primavera dupa rodaj si inmatriculare.
