HINT - Cineva din Constanta cu un Gt 1.9 JTD la vanzare pe Autovit m-a contactat cu ceva vreme in urma si dorea o cutie viteze in 6 trepte , printre altele a intrebat daca merge cea in 5 trepte , raspunsul meu a fost pozitiv pt ca da, merge ..... verifica te rog cu cablurile scoase < tu sau un mecanic >daca masina ta are sau nu 6 trepte !

eu sunt din braila si am probat masina pe dig spre galati,dupa treapta 5 am incercat a 6-a nu a mers,si m-am gandit sa ridic inelul,prima data am nimerit a 4-a turatia a crescut la 4000 ca sa aprins si MSFC,a doua oara am incercat usor intre 4 si R si surpriza imediat turatia a scazut in jur de 1800.
sigur o sa merg la mecanic poate scap doar cu reglaje ale timonieriei

salut,
este posibil sa astept de pe 24 decembrie sa aduca un furtun?
am comandat furunul dintre debitmetru si turbo la un magazin de piese auto si au spus ca in cateva zile vine,am fost si astazi si au spus ca vine din germania si mai dureaza ca au fot sarbatorile.
fiind rupt msina consuma mult,cred ca si debitmetru este plin de ulei si praf ca este rupt chiar de linga el.
tin minte ca la alfa 145 am comandat un ornament de plastic si a venit din italia in 3-4 zile.

Ia in calcul ca au fost sarbatorile ... majoritatea nu au lucrat. Posibil ca pana pe 15-20ianuarie sa-ti ajunga comanda. Majoritatea de luni incep serviciul.

salut,
multumesc mult pentru ajutor,am ales cealalta varianta si sa conectat, eu am crezut ca alege programul varianta.
nu stiu sa citesc parametrii dar am cumparat interfata pentru erori.
aveam becul de la airbag aprins si mi-a dat 3 erori:

READING ERROR CODES:
1: 02 - ECU Supply Voltage
The code is set when the ECU Supply Voltage is out of the specified range longer than allowed.
Certain system clear this code at the next start after the voltage is OK.
Check the ECU supply circuit and ECU ground.
Check also:
- Alternator, diode pattern, battery, pole and cable condition, good ground connections between alternator, engine, chassis and battery negative pole.
The reason for this fault is Value too low
The current status of the fault is Intermittent
The error counter value is 126

2: 0F - Side airbag (passenger)
The ECU detected a short to Ground or Battery + in the Side Airbag Squib circuit(s) as indicated by the code.
ATTENTION! TURN THE KEY OFF FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, THEN DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN DISCONNECT THE AIRBAGS.
After disconnecting the Airbags, inspect the wiring for the short, and replace the harness if faulty.
NOTE: In some cases the code may refer to both driver and passenger side Squib circuits, or to a defect in the ECU itself.
After completing the test and replacing the faulty parts, assemble the system and reconnect the battery as the last step. After that, read the codes and data again to ensure the system to be OK
The reason for this fault is Value too high
The current status of the fault is Intermittent / Present
The error counter value is 51

3: 0F - Side airbag (passenger)

problema este pe partea dreapta undeva pentru ca pe acea parte :

1.difuzorul cand se aude cand nu (la denivelari mai ales)
2.la inceput aparea in mers ca usa dreapta este deschisa
3,acum si airbagul cateodata se stinge
4.dimineata cand pun contactul palpaie display-ul

daca este un cablu de masa unde sa-l caut pe acea parte?

si la motor astia sunt parametrii dar nu stiu sa-i interpretez:

au existat 3 tipuri de motorizari diesel in perioada cat alfa gt a fost fabricata.
2003.11-2005.6 = este dieselul euro 3 care a fost montat si pe alfa 156. Singura modificare este una din soft de unde s-au mai castigat 10 cai fata de varianta pe alfa 156. Poate fi recunoscut usor si dupa noxele de carbon. Are 178co2.
2005.7-2007.1 = este un motor nou derivat din motorul precedent care este si euro 4. Nu are filtru de particule/DPF si se recunoaste usor dupa noxele de carbon. Are 165co2.
2007.2-pana la ultima masina = este acelasi motor ca cel precent la care s-a mai adaugat filtru de particule/DPF. Masina se recunoaste usor dupa bordul modificat (fara cercuri la turometru si vitezometru) si dupa toba de esapament care are 2 tevi rotunde in loc de cea ovala. Noxele de carbon la aceasta varianta sunt de 159co2. Tot in perioada asta a mai fost produs si o varianta de 170CP. Motorul este insa acelasi la care sunt aduse niste modificari de soft si din cate stiu niste injectoare mai potente. Ce este surprinzator, este ca desi are 20 de cai mai mult, noxele au ramas aceleasi, 159co2.

Cu mentiunea ca in functie de tara DPF-ul a fost optional sau standard pe masina.

Auzisem de chestia asta dar nu stiam sigur. Mersi pentru completare.

@bluecar.

Poti sa incepi sa cauti mufa de airbag. Acceasi problema am avut-o si eu la Stilo si mufa era undeva deasupra torpedoului. Dupa ce am infipto mai bine, a disparut eroarea.

La mine la Brera nu e trecut dpf-ul in acte. Doar catalizator. Dar are dpf, ca doar l-am dat jos.

Si nu ti-a crescut taxa de prima inmatriculare din cauza asta? Sau nu a fost cazul?
masina am cumparato din romania si am inmatriculato in decembrie,
este euro 3 si nu cred ca are dpf

salut,
cred ca am gasit problema cu treapta a 6-a,astazi am desfacut ornamentul din jurul schimbatorului sa verific mufele si masa de la airbag(ca imi da eroare airbag ) si m-am uitat si la schimbatorul de viteze.
am descoperit ca toate suruburile sunt foarte slabe la suportul de plastic,am incercat treapta 6 tinand-ul fixat cu mana si cred ca a luat-o,ii lipseste 2 mm sa intre,exact jocul din suruburi.
problema este ca nu merg stranse pentru ca trebuie tinut contra pe partea cealalta si nu merge decat pe dedesupt scotand tot ansamblul.
e bine ca am gasit buba o sa merg la mecanic sa stanga suruburile.

e dracia dracu cu suruburile alea :)

trebuie sa desfaci evacuarea, sa desfaci proectia de aluminium si intr-un final ajungi la suruburi.

da l-am sunat pe BZ-76-DIA este un tip de treaba si mi-a spus cat e de munca,daca era vara incercam eu asa ma duc la mecanic,care o sa ma jupoaie ca am alfa romeo si "cica"este mult de munca.

e treaba de o ora maxim,pe elevator dar cred ca merge si pe o groapa competenta. gandeste te ca la mine a trebuit sa dau si cardanul jos .
dai evacuarea partial , dai scutul termic si ajungi acolo .faza e ca trebuie ca cineva sa stea in masina sa tina contra.
da sincer nu cred ca are a face cu problema ta sa iti spun si de ce. cand fuge putin timoneria stanga dreapta fuge cu ambele cabluri. daca ai nevoie ca maneta sa se duca mai mult in drepta (sa presupunem) vezi ca ai un reglaj cu dinti marunti pe cablul de stanga-dreapta spre cutie. toate timoneriile capata jocul ala si merg asa.
eu le am strans cu ocazia schimbarii ambelor cabluri de comanda din cauza griparii unuia, altfel o lasam asa ca intrau toate vitezele.
