stau si ma gandesc daca nu cumva aproape de luna decembrie sa aman data procesului pana in ianuarie ...inca 1020 ron penalizari...e ca un salariu asa...oare merita?

Cat timp lucrurile merg normalde la sine, este normal sa ceri bani despagubire, dar daca cu buna stiinta incerci sa-ti insusesti bani in plus, nu prea te ajuta cel de sus.

Eu zic sa iti iei doar banii plus penalizarile si cheltuielile de judecata, si cred ca le ajunge. Oricum inspectorii aia care s-au ocupat de cazul tau e posibil sa isi caute alt loc de munca dupa ce termini cu ei...
