AS far as I remeber the national alfa meeting in Romania was on 15 of september???

Can we receive more infromataion about the meeting, so we can organize our trip to you.

Errr,I will definately not be there,what I get from my colleagues is that the meeting will take place here,but they haven't set a date yet.It looks like it's going to be around the 15th though ...

Follow the link or google the name Transfagarasan.Actually that's just the name of the road that goes from one side to the other of the Carpathians.The sleepover,barbeque,drinks and so on will probably take place here.Now,if this pic doesn't speak more than a thousand words...I'm speachless

Hi there...
The National Alfameeting should take place, as Marius said, aroud the 15th of september. Untill now we are around 15-20 cars from Romania and we are waiting for lots more from our Bulgarian brothers .
Transfagarasan is about 300km from Bucharest, but it seems that untill now we don't have a reservation to that Villa and as things progress there might be a slight chance of the meeting not taking place at all.
In that case you are more than welcome anyway to spend a weekend in Bucharest where you will be greeted by the alfaClub members from Bucharest. On sundays there is the weekly alfaclub meeting.
Anyway, I'll keep you informed as things develop.

It will be a lot easier for us to see you in Bucharest....We will wait for more details as soon as you have them.

BTW our national meeting will take place either at the end of september 30 or 7th of october close to the city of Plovdiv...I will post more infromation about it within one week.

I have to know how many of Bulgarian Alfa Owners is possible to confirm their arrival( participation) to the meeting. On saturday I will go to check if the accomodation is avalible for a group of about 30 persons and I need the confimation from you.
The price will be in around of 30 euro/room/night, maybe cheaper.

By the way, around what date, Bulgarian Alfa meeting, is going to be?

So,
as we talked I will post for u the prices for accomodation. The region is Cheia. The hotel is new( it has 3 years) and it's rating is two stars. The price /room/night is 95RON or aprox 27 euros. Those are double rooms. The distance from Bucharest is 135km and the distance from Sofia is 523km.There is no need for you to pay any advance for thr accomodation. All I need is the confirmation from u, no later than tomorow evening.

The usual Alfaclub meeting,if I'm not wrong, takes place every Saturday @13.00 in a big big square in downtown Bucharest The regular attendance is about 10 members,so it's worth your trip.

Tomorrow morning around 11:00 we should leave Sofia...so I will call you around that time....and hopefuly we should be in Buchurest in about 4 hours depending of how fast we will cross the border.

FOr now we are 3 people and 1 car....the second car and another two alfisti aret'n sure till tomorrow.

First of all, let me congratulate you for ItalFest, I saw some of your pictures and I was impressed, you managed to gather in a very short time many enthusiasts and some very interesting cars. Once again, good job.
