E normal sa se duca, in timp, flexiblock-urile alea imbatranesc, isi pierd din elasticitate si crapa, isi pierd eficienta. Le-am banuit de la bun inceput, la Mercedes se schimba frecvent, dar multi au incercat sa ma convinga ca la Alfa nu e cazul, ca in afara bieletelor antibalans nimeni nu a schimbat vreodata si celelalte tampoane, ca nu ar fi necesar.

Imediat dupa un drum de 1500 de km in care s-a mers noaptea intr-un ritm foarte sustinut si s-a comportat extraordinar, la pornirea la rece, pentru cateva zeci de secunde dupa pornirea motorului se aude un tacanit si un scrasnet metalic in zona distributiei. Initial m-am gandit ca zgomotul ar putea veni din motor, vreun tachet cu probleme la cilindrul 1, dar dupa ce am defrisat zona am eliminat ipoteza asta, zgomotul nu vine din motor. Vizual, distributia pare in ordine, a fost schimbata acum doi ani si cureaua arata ca noua. Am banuit compresorul de clima, dar nu el e de vina si am ramas sa suspectez pompa de inalta presiune si pompa de servo, care e imediat sub ea. As vrea sa cred ca e pompa de servo de vina, in conditiile in care motorul functioneaza impecabil, am presiune in rampa si injectoarele au corectii neglijabile. Azi dimineata am vrut sa virez pe loc si sa vad daca se schimba zgomotul, dar pentru prima data dupa trei porniri la rece in care zgomotul s-a manifestat, acum nu a mai facut nimic. Oare e posibil ca pompa de inalta presiune sa fie atat de zgomotoasa fara sa dea semne de oboseala in functionare ? Ma sperie putin scrasnetul metalic si ideea ca in cazul in care s-ar gripa mi-ar rupe cureaua de distributie. Eu unul n-am auzit de pompe de inalta presiune care sa se manifeste asa, prin urmare, dupa ce voi elimina si posibilitatea schimbarii zgomotului prin virarea pe loc, voi incerca sa pornesc motorul si fara cureaua de accesorii, desi, daca nu face mereu...Momentan nu mai folosesc masina si ii voi schimba uleiul de servo.

Sper sa reusesc sa postez o inregistrare cu zgomotul, altfel e greu de explicat, dar eu il aud venind dinspre pompa de inalta presiune, a auzit cineva de vreo pompa din asta care sa se comporte asa ? Daca e o problema pe accesorii, in cele din urma se va gripa sau va ceda, nu-i neaparat un motiv de panica, dar daca e pe partea de distributie... :disgust:

Dupa ce acum ceva vreme i-am facut revizia, ulei motor Motul X-Cess 5W40, lichid de frana Motul DOT5.1 si filtre acum am i-am schimbat si placutele de frana pe spate, tot ATE, ca si pe fata si intinzatorul vurelei de accesorii, INA. Anul trecut ii schimbasem cureaua de accesorii si rola lisa, fiindca aia incepuse se faca zgomot, dar nu am schimbat si intinzatorul, din prostie. Intentionam sa-i schimb si uleiul la servo, aveam niste Motul ATF, dar am observat ca a inceput sa piarda pe la simeringul pompei, asa ca in curand voi schimba uleiul cu tot cu pompa.
Altfel, masina merge bine, in weekend am facut 1700 de km, pe ruta Timisoara - Bucuresti - Bran - Bucuresti - Curtea de Arges - Timisoara si motorul trage glorios.
Ca si efecte secundare, dupa montarea unor arcuri Eibach -30, la trecerea la rotile de iarna am observat o uzura crescuta pe interiorul anvelopelor, atat pe fata, cat si pe spate. Mentionez ca dupa montarea arcurilor i-am facut geometria si mi s-a spus ca o convergenta 0 ar fi cea mai buna solutie, pentru a incetini uzura pe interior a anvelopelor, cauzata de unghiul de cadere.
A incercat cineva sa corecteze unghiul de cadere, exista suruburi de corectie pentru asa ceva ? Anvelopele se prezinta inca bine, dar nu vad un set de anvelope rezistand mai mult de 30000 de km, in conditiile astea, neputandu-se intoarce pe janta.

Pai nu le intorci, le inversezi... roata de pe stanga o pui pe dreapta... si automat uzura de pe interior va cade pe exterior... sau imi scapa mie ceva la ora asta ?
