Nu stiu neaparat daca e bucurie dar placut surprins am fost sigur dupa telefonul primit azi. Povestea e simpla, saptamana trecuta am facut o revizie la Kampur Motors (fosta AutoRoma) reprezentanta Alfa, Jeep, etc. din Brasov iar astazi am fost sunat de catre AutoItalia pentru un chestionar de satisfactie client vis-a-vis de experienta mea cu service-ul, si trebuie sa recunosc ca intrebarile au fost chiar pertinente. Ramane de vazut daca se va schimba ceva in zona de customer service la AI sau e doar un foc de paie... Stiu ca multi dintre voi erati nemultumiti de acest aspect.
P. S. Au inceput prin a-mi multumi ca, conduc o alfa :D

Nu stiu cum sa relatez sa - ntelegeti cat mai bine dar ,datorita unui drive test cu masina sotiei mele , un consatean sau Constantean ( cum o fi corect) , a cumparat un Stelviooooo dupa ce s-a terminat drive testul :) . Domnul are la activ o gramada de masini , mai vechi sau mai noi , per total foarte multe .

PS: este cumva in trib , nu-i pot spune : “Welcome to the tribe! “
