Weekend-ul asta am vopsit oalele amortizoarelor fata (si pe interior, si pe exterior), lonjeroanele, suportii laterali, partile interioare de la suspensia fata si motorul!
Toate piesele au fost tratate anticoroziune prin zincare pentru piesele de otel/fier si anodizare la cele din aluminiu inainte de vopsire! Vopseaua este termorezistenta, garantat pana la 900 C!

Apoi am aplicat etansant, un fel de mastic siliconic transparent, gelatinos, aplicabil cu pensula, pentru a izola zonele predispuse la umezeala, in zona interioara a rotilor fata si spate si in locasul din partea de jos a parbrizului:

Nu. Sunt impotriva acestei practici. Sa fie 1,000,000 km, nu ma deranjeaza.

Barilor stabilizatoare i-am pus un izolator termofit, extrem de rezistent la frecare, acolo unde vin bucsile. Adio uzuri si scartaieli!

Am cositorit toti papucii, este inadmisibil sa nu se cositoreasca in fabrica papucii din cupru. Am decapat tot cu acid si am cositorit in baie de cositor absolut tot! Am refacut tot isolierbandul cu Tesa tot panzat. Reconditionat pompa inalte cu kit de la Bosch si slefuite capacele si corpul pompei. Distributie noua Dayco pöus pompa si role, termostat nou. Schimbate toate garniturile, nu s-a omis nimic, nici cea de la busonul de ulei! Schimbata axa cu came cu una sport, ce are valve lift sporit cu 2.3mm. DIESEL PORN!
