Masini cum se faceau odata nu se mai fac in prezent. Plasticuri de 2 lei...electronica multa ...parca si caii-putere sunt mai anemici.

Era imposibil sa ramina recordul de asa multi ani, pacat ca Lancia nu s-a concentrat si pe PikesPeak cind facea legea in raliuri.

A prezentat cineva mai sus prototipul ECV. Mega interesant este ca motorul renunta la compresor si folosea 2 turbine in aranjament "Triflux", supapele de admisie si evacuare asezate in diagonala, astfel incit tubinele puteau fi asezate de o parte si de alta a motorului. Sistemul era secvential, adica o turbina era mica si dadea boost pina la o anume turatie de unde intervenea si cealalta (similar cu 2.2 HDI 170cp). Intr-o vreme cind sistemele electronice erau primitive, asta e o mare mare realizare. Avea si sasiu de fibra de carbon.
