Construita pe platforma lui 164, desenata de Walter da Silva, cu o motorizare V6 ce dezvolta 260 CP, avea tractiune integrala cu transferul cuplului variabil catre puntea fata/spate, 4 roti directoare si un inovator sistem de decapotare a acoperisului rigid.
